As NutriCare, we are committed to your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Policy on all orders, starting from the date the product was received.
Our exchange and refund terms and conditions are as follows:
1. Wrong Delivery:
In case of wrong delivery, please contact us immediately at +254 114 051 049  or email us at Mail Us. Please do not tamper with a wrongly delivered product.
2. Product Inspection:
Please inspect the products upon delivery. We offer a 48-hour exchange window from the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us for an exchange or a refund. We aim to resolve the process within 24 hours.
3. Condition of Goods:
Goods for exchange should remain unopened and in good condition. Damaged goods in the hands of the client will not be accepted for return.
4. Receipt Requirement:
A receipt must be provided prior to exchange. Please share the e-receipt with our official email address, Mail Us, before any exchange is processed.
5. Charges:
Charges may apply for wrongly ordered products, but they will not apply to wrong deliveries.
